My Sport Live and Darts Australia are pleased to announce that the 2019 Australian Open Darts Tournament will be broadcast live.
Brought to you from Moama Bowling Club, NSW, the Australian Open Darts Tournament is an event open to both amateur and elite professional players and attracts some of the world’s best players.
The broadcast will showcase three full days of action, highlighting the best of what darts competition in Australia has to offer.
Speaking about the announcement, My Sport Live Managing Director, Andrew Weiss said he’s really looking forward to providing darts the opportunity to be showcased at a national level in Australia.
“This is a great opportunity for both parties to shine the spotlight on a sport that has a long and proud history in this country,” he said.
“We are committed to providing sport organisations with an outlet to showcase their sports and major events, and in this case, we couldn’t be happier to be bringing all the exciting elements of darts to the screen.

Darts Australia President, Kelvin James said that showcasing darts to a broader audience is a great step to helping grow the sport.

Coverage of the 2019 Australian Open Darts tournament will begin on Thursday 1 August at 6:00pm.
